We love the five days staying in Piano hotel. Receptionist arranged to have breakfast earlier when we are departing early for Chi Cu tunnel trip. She also arranged for keeping our luggages after check out and give a chance to shower before leaving to catch the night flight.

Perfect in every way

Phenomenal! The location was perfect. Near everything while just on a quiet street. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The room was just what we needed. We will definitely be back!

All the staff were very kind and helpful. The location was perfect. Very quiet but close to everything you’ll need. Breakfast had good choices. The first morning I had a bahn mi and next day I had American breakfast. They both were good! We stayed as a family with children. We all had a great time and would recommend Piano hotel to our family and friends if they ever plan to visit Ho Chi Minh.

He really enjoyed our short stay here. They have two full size beds in our room - the only time we saw this in Southeast Asia. AC was good. The staff was extremely helpful and they even offered us a shower after checkout if we needed to wash up before heading to the airport. Breakfast is an order ahead system and we liked the American breakfast option. One minor quibble: would like to see more coffee!

Clean, quiet and new rooms in centre of Saigon

Hotel is in quiet lane, walking distance to many restaurants and main attractions! Room is new, small, but clean! The hotel manager and staff is absolutely delightful and helpful.Room had only a window to internal the staircase! It bothered me first, that it was with no view to the outside, but we had aircon on and we spend most time anyhow exploring the city! So it was ok for a 2 night stay! Unfortunately the rooms with windows were full booked for our stay! Would go back there next time.
