Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Hotel is overbooked . we booked a family room that should come with 1 queen and 1 double, but hotel gave only a room with 1 queen bed. Reception even lie that expedia will offer me a refund and said its not their fault for over booking. Eventually after 2.5 hours, change of 2 hotels, they finally got us a room. But we had to pay our taxi fares on our own. Avoid this hotel AT ALL COST.
