Smack bang in the centre of district 1 and all the actions. Walkable to Ben Thanh Market and surrounded by eateries you can be easily fed with a new dish every meal for a whole week 👌😍. Clean and spacious room, wonderful attentive and courteous staff made such a pleasant stay. Wish it was longer than 4 nights.

three times that i arrived in a car with my suitcases the parking employees never cared to offer any help, the bellhop did open the door though so I could bring all my suitcases in myself. If you are going to stay in, ask for those corner room or at the back not facing Bitexco tower by your window or you will not be able to sleep. The property is surrounded by a lot of night clubs and they will play insanely loud music until 6-7 am unless you can sleep through the heavy bass of whacky club music. I gave this a 4/5 simply because loud music is inevitable for this location and the hotel staffs were quick to move me into a much better room right away, i forgot my house key after checking out and they found it right away to hold it for me until i came back a few days later to pick it up. Hotel is extremely close walking distance to night life and restaurant and other services. Since the hotel doesnt have an access ramp for handicapped people or to bring in suitcases, perhaps parking employees should offer a hand to help instead of standing there smoking a cigarette watching customers carrying bags and suitcases up the stairs. Just an honest thought

Great Location and Comfortable Stay!

The hotel is at a prime location in District1. Had a comfortable stay except for some disturbance in the night due to music playing outside close by. Otherwise, had a great stay and enjoyed the place and walking street right in front of the hotel which is closed for vehicles on Saturdays and Sundays.

便利が良くて、スタッフが親切です。部屋もリノベーションしてて、広さも清潔さも十分です。月1回のホーチミン出張で、必ず宿泊しています。 シティビューの各階19-29番あたりの部屋は大通りに面してるので、眺めが良い分、大通りのイベント時の音が聞こえてくる方があります。ベトナム人は基本的に音に寛容で、日本人との感覚が違います。 日本人の方で、イベントや音が気になる方は、若い番号の部屋をリクエストしてください。

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. We were informed upgrades are available if you pay. Hotel is at the walking street so it is very convenient. The hotel is very old. The bathroom has a sweat scent of smell! Our room is at the back of the hotel so it was quieter than the front. The window view was an abandoned building. The bed is hard but we like it to support our back. When we checked out at the hotel, we have to wait for 10 minutes for them to check the drinks in the fridge were not consumed. They also checked on the towels. The booklet said free local calls. They tried to charge 4 minutes of local calls. No VIP perks was provided.

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly and welcoming, hotel was very clean and bright. The hotel location is perfect if you want to be right where the Saigon district 1 action is. Located right across from Nguyen Hue walking street, and close to Saigon Centre and many shopping areas. Lots of street food, restaurants, and cafes all around the area. Maybe a tad noisy for some people, but for us it wasn't that bad at all. Great view from the room, not much action during the day but at night you can see everyone at Nguyen Hue walking street. We've stayed at other (and more expensive) hotels in the area but for the value, location, convenience, I'd say this is our new favorite hotel. Highly recommend this hotel, we'll also be back if we're ever in Saigon again!
