This place is a Total Scam don’t book this place friendly advise find another place to stay. It ruined our vacation. My family was thrown on the street I tried calling the number listed but no one answered. Don’t be fooled by those photos on their ads. Place was so dirty. And people around the area will ask if you want book another place.

This hotel canceled on me when I was on the way to check in (I have texting proof), and they told Expedia that I canceled on them. In fact I have to booked for new place to stay for that trip (Expedia can see that)! I booked all my hotel thru Expedia to avoid these kind of things; I do hope Expedia would investigate and avoid doing business with scams like these. Here is the text from the hotel: I sincerely apologize for the delayed response — we’ve been on-site today dealing with an unexpected emergency at the property. Unfortunately, due to a sudden power outage, we are unable to host your stay today. We completely understand how inconvenient this is, and we’re truly sorry for the disruption to your travel plans. Please rest assured that we have already contacted Expedia on your behalf to arrange a full refund for your booking. We will fully support the process and make sure it is handled as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. If there's anything else we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Warm regards,

Scam alert. The address is not correct and the name Sunny Greenery oasis doesn’t even exist. Try and search it on google or any search engine and nothing shows up with that name. I booked for 5 nights and stay only one night and left because of unsafe and extreme noise conditions. There is an open ceiling of the room that’s cover by a piece of glass. The hotel is above a 24/7 coffee shop by the name of NYNA cafe. All pictures posted on Expedia aren’t match the actual room. Customer service is terrible and downright offensive when I confronted her with the situation. I told her they need to be truthful and posted real pictures of the place especially name and address. I’ve been in Vietnam 3 times these past 7 months and stay in many hotels and none is as misleading and rude as this one. Stay away. To protect its customers I highly recommend Expedia to investigate and remove this business from its website.

The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, but what stood out most was the warmth of the people. Every small detail, from the way the room was set up to how the staff greeted me, felt genuine and unforced. It’s not about luxury or grandeur — it’s about comfort, care, and the feeling that someone actually wants you to enjoy your stay. Would definitely come back, not just for the place, but for the way it made me feel.
