For extra safety measures, there is a security post right at the corner of the building and plenty of safe street parking.

The Phu My Hung area of Ho Chi Minh is probably the most liveable neighbourhood in Vietnam. It is well maintained with leafy surroundings, 24 hour security monitoring, and plenty of general surveillance cameras. You are in walking distance of any type of cuisine you adore, a large park (a rarity in Ho Chi Minh city), a lake, a commercial district, two large shopping malls, a Korean night town, and still you are just a 10-20 minute drive from the City’s Landmarks and the freeways to travel out to other destinations.
