Do Not Book — Ghost Listing / Non-Existent Property My partner and I had a terrible experience with what is listed as “The Lumiere Riverside Luxury Apartment.” I strongly advise all travelers NOT to book this property, as it appears to be a ghost listing and does not actually exist in the way it is advertised. After a long day of traveling, we arrived only to be met by confused and unhelpful front desk staff who informed us they only handle long-term residents and have no system or information to look up a short stay booking like ours (5 days / 4 nights). They clearly had no connection to the listing at all. To make matters worse, a separate unit owner approached us in the lobby and told us this kind of situation is common, and that some travel agents list nonexistent “luxury” units to take money from unsuspecting tourists. This experience was stressful, disappointing, and completely avoidable had the listing been legitimate. Do NOT book this property. Save yourself the time, frustration, and risk.
