Gentleman at desk was friendly & very helpful, property was clean but a tiny bit dated - particularly the climate control unit. Absolutely zero complaints for the price. Breakfast included bagels, waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs & juices or coffee.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and informative. Our room was clean and roomy. We enjoyed the pool the weight room and breakfast. We would recommend this Clarion and would stay again.

The location is very convenient, staff was great. But the property is rundown, pool was green and for charging a $5 hotel fee for whatever reason you would think that would go into the upkeep but this facility is rundown. Even the outlets in the room were about to fall out of the wall.

Location was good just off I-40. Breakfast was simple, not a lot of selections but okay. Hallways, stairwells, and pool very warm and no elevators.

Property was very run down, the bathroom drain switch to allow you to block the tube to use as a bath would not work, there was mold and cracked caulking all the way around in the bathroom, the toilet handle was falling off, the first night the tv remote did not work and the clock could not be set to stop flashing. I spoke to the front desk and they said they would "get someone on it". I returned in the afternoon after getting up very early to take a nap and asked if they addressed it. "No one told us you were coming back so early" was they reply. They sent a repair man to come to the room and after a few mins, he reattached the sensor to the tv for the remote and then said he could not fix the other items. I had originally looked at The Winslow from a recommendation from a friend but couldn't see how it was worth the extra money, now I can.

Overall terrible!

We were told the pool was open over the phone and when we got there, it was closed and disgustingly green. Our room smelled and then we had to switch rooms at 10 o'clock at night because the water went out. The hotel is in disarray and I was very displeased With the lack of laundry the lack of ice machine. Everything was out of order.
