This beautiful, sun filled lake house is perfect for families and groups looking for the quintessential 4 season Maine getaway. Whether you spend the week looking out over the water, canoe and kayak around pristine Green Lake, or venturing out to nearby Acadia National Park or the Waterfront Concerts in Bangor you are sure to love this unique and accessible spot.

We have recently renovated the home and are excited to share this lakeside gem with guests. There are three bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen and plenty of space for groups of up to 11 to spread out and enjoy the lake life. In addition to the king, queen and full bed in the upstairs bedrooms, our owners apartment can be made available for groups larger than 6. The newly renovated walk-out features a queen bed, single bed and sleeping sofa, as well as a full bath and kitchenette. The walk-out is perfect for grandparents, friends or as a "kids apartment".

Depending on your group and occasion, please feel free to reach out and discuss alternative arrangements, we will do our best to accommodate your trip depending on season and availability.

Parking is available next to the main entrance of the house and on a gravel parking area at the entrance of the property. Therefore, you could easily park 4 cars on the property during your stay.

There are absolutely no animals (including service animals) and no smoking allowed.
As we have a septic system, please throw only septic-safe toilet paper (provided) down the toilet system, absolutely no sanitary items, wet-wipes, paper towels or oil (especially in the kitchen).
