Very loud traffic noises as it's beside a busy road. Also, the tv was difficult. I spent a very long time trying to get out of wrong screens, to get to any channels. The tv might be old, as the screen didn't have a sharp picture. The channel selection was disappointing. On the positive side, the hotel was clean. Staff were polite. Breakfast was satisfying. Unfortunately CNN was blasting loudly with political news, in the breakfast room, which I didn't' want to absorb first thing in the morning. There was another tv in the breakfast room with with local news and weather, which was more pleasant to start the day with, but it's volume was turned off, so all we could hear was CNN politics.

Concern About My Stay at Baymont Inn – Holland, MI Hello, I recently stayed at the Baymont Inn in Holland, Michigan, and I wanted to share my experience because it did not meet the standards I expected when booking through Expedia. When I arrived, the room did not feel clean and was uncomfortable to stay in. The TV and cable did not work properly — most of the channels were fuzzy or unavailable, and the television itself looked very outdated, possibly from around 2008. It felt like the amenities listed online were not accurately represented in the room. I was disappointed, especially since I’ve stayed at other hotels through Expedia (including Choice Hotels) that were much better maintained. This experience left me feeling like I didn’t receive the value I paid for. Could you please review my booking and help me with a refund, credit, or partial reimbursement for this stay? Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. I only ever saw one attendant at the front desk. He was patient and helpful when I locked myself out of my room one day and needed an extra key-card made. Breakfast was basic but it was nice that it was included. I read reviews complaining that it was nothing but "granola bars and juice", but every morning of our 3-day stay there were hot options including eggs, sausage, and waffle maker. This hotel is a solid option for the budget-conscious traveler, that is still within easy driving distance of Holland's attractions.

The staff were very friendly and accomodatong. Room was clean and fresh, We enjoyed a breakfast of waffles, eggs that were scrambled and cut into square. The y had bananas, apples and clementines, coffee, tea, various cerals, yogurt cups, All in all it was quite lovely and unexpexted as to the vaiety of the items served. We would stay again

Desk clerk had problem communicating in English, although the outside was realativity clean the build was a little run down at first glance it looks like a place you wouldn’t want your family to get out of the car. Prices per night are listed on Orbitz site but you left out the fees for checking on in and out check out is 3PM check in at 2 early check in additional $25 ,at 4 that a late check in extra $25 I guess you have stand at the counter an check exactly at 3 pm? Won’t be using Orbitz again if I can avoid it

Accommodations were fine. Staff was friendly. * I think there should be honest information about charging for pets. "Pet Friendly" means pets are welcome. I dont mind paying for my pet, but i think the charge should be clearly stated on the website. I was surlrized when I checked in. Also, $30.00 per night is a bit high. I think staff should adjust the charge based on the room condition at check out. So, if all is clean, $10.00. LLC
