Pool wasn’t working. We specifically picked a hotel with a pool. Tv had a screeching sound in our first room. So we had to change rooms. In the second room the floor in the bathroom felt like you were going to go thru it. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again when there are so many other options near by.

This stay was much better than the 1st bc bad manager was gone. Matt and Lynn are great staff as well! This room started out cleaner but there still wasn’t any housekeeping done in the week we were there. Bushes overgrown over sidewalks not cool when walking w kids holding your hand- no room. The pool was actually clean this trip and warmer than it was in the summer. The bed was very uncomfortable but the size of the room was great.

My mom and I had a great experience. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Their patio setup is nice and relaxing. The morning breakfast was good. Staff is laid back and easy-going going and friendly.

the entire room had cockroaches and we checked out immediately after seeing the roaches. this room was disgusting, management is useless, expedia neglects to inform of possible issues, everything about the place is pitiful. it’s been months since and they won’t give us a refund for a place we did not stay at due to “company policies”. Who will stay in a hotel with a bug infestation? let alone pay for it?? I’m absolutely baffled at the lack of communication and concern on both expedias behalf and the hotels.

Not so much dirty but property is SUPER outdated and not fond of folks living there FULL time…it’s a cause for “their friends” hanging around and giving vibes to guests of feeling unsafe.

No ocean view implied Fireplace didnt work, carpet dirty, had to ask for towels twice. We went down for breakfast and there were no eggs or sausage. The lady, although kind, said she'd work on it after taking care of a customer so we went upstairs for 5 minutes and when we came down the area was closed coffee was terrible and weak

The room was clean. Bathroom had broken tiles on the floor but was still clean. You could tell it was an older hotel. But they still kept it clean.

This hotel was very outdated. There were visibly signs of ware, hairs within the beds, stains on carpet and furniture. The overall rating of a 3.9/5.0 is extremely misleading. Spend the extra money and go a neighbor hotel.

My experience was absolutely unacceptable from the moment I arrived. There was urine inside the elevator, and the room itself was in terrible and unsanitary condition. I didn’t even stay for ten minutes, as it was impossible to feel safe or comfortable there. On top of that, the property charged my card even though I had already paid in full through Expedia. This is completely unacceptable and should be investigated. I strongly believe this place should not be listed on Expedia’s platform, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

We booked ahead saying there would be four people and a dog when we got to the room there was two towels. They only provided decaf coffee for 2. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub were good.
