Nauti rentouttavasta lomasta kirkkaassa iloisessa avoimessa pohjaratkaisussa, josta on kauniit merinäkymät ja helppo pääsy rannalle 400 metrin päässä talon molemmilta puolilta. Talo sijaitsee 2. 5 mailia etelään Surf Cityn kaupoista ja ravintoloista ja neljä mailia pohjoiseen Topsail Beachin kaupoista ja ravintoloista. Talon alla on enemmän kuin tarpeeksi tilaa neljän auton pysäköintiin ja myös tilaa useille autoille pysäköidäksi nurmialle ajotieltä. Talon alla on suljettu suihku sekä avoin pesualue. Myös siellä mukava oleskelualue edessä hiiligrilli. Suoraan grillausalueen takana on varastotila, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, rantatuoleja ja aurinkovarjo, rantavaunu ja 6 polkupyörää. Paras ominaisuus kaikissa on leveä katettu kuisti, jossa on kuusi pitkää puista Adirondack-tuolia ja vastaava pöytä. Katettu kuisti pitää kuuman auringon ja sateen pois, kun nautit 3 merinäköalasta. Talon takana on peittämätön kansi, jossa on puiden varjostama piknikpöytä. Hyvin kalustetussa oleskelutilassa on 55 tuuman Samsung Led -televisio, kaapeli, Netflix ja Blue-ray DVD-soitin. Hyvin varustetussa keittiössä on runsaasti tiskitilaa ja neljä tiskijalkaa. Kaikissa neljässä makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuoteet. Kolmessa näistä on kolmen tuuman patjan päällinen ja yksi on luja. Siellä on kaksi kylpyhuonetta, joista toisessa on suihku ja toisessa vain suihku.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta majoituspaikan yleiskunnosta. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Surf City Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

We had a great time. Only about a two minute walk to the beach. Its a very quiet area so that was nice. We would definitely go back and stay there again. A great place for your pets and children also. The only bad thing I have to say is that the floors could have been cleaned because there was dog hair all around the floor from the previous guests. Other than that, I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone.

Wonderful place with everything you need!Perfect location with the beach right across the road and convenient. Restaurants and playgrounds only a few miles away.The house is very clean and has everything you need for the beach. We were able to travel and not bring a single beach item except our bathing suits. I would highly recommend and stay again if traveling to this area. Hosts were great!

Another enjoyable stay. It’s becoming a family tradition. Great decor and good supply of kitchen staples. New and well kept chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Bikes clean and in excellent shape. Perfect place for family gatherings. Very responsive host when a family member accidentally turned off the water main instead of the outdoor water faucet. Now a new family story.

This is the best host I have ever found. He makes sure your stay is set up for success before you even step foot in his wonderful beach house. His home comes fully furnished with everything from towels to ketchup. The home is in a wonderful location with great views from the front porch deck of the ocean. Every year our family looks forward to this relaxing and stress-free stay. The host is always available if you need him and does what he can to make your stay perfect.

We absolutely love the place from the layout to the view, quick responding from the owner very willing to help with anything we need. I was traveling with a baby and they said they had a pack and play in one of the closets. I said wonderful. I’ll find it when I get there. I show up and it’s on the counter waiting for me. Place is wonderful. It was nice to have all the supplies for the beach if we wanted, bikes to go riding if we wanted it was just perfect. We spent the week of Christmas there and had an amazing time. We would love to come back again sometime.

If you have saved this house and you are just waiting to book, STOP what you are doing and do it! 2 of the 4 bedrooms have ocean views. The living room opens up to the deck that is all doors and clear views of the ocean. We saw dolphins surfing from the deck!!!!! Our hosts were absolutely amazing and there was everything plus way more then we even expected. Beach chairs, bikes, toys, outdoor shower, area for the animals, only 1 neighbor and you can't really see them. Parking for days, extras everywhere we looked! Pet friendly!! We loved our stay, easy 2 house walk to the beach access. It was just perfect! and I mean perfect! We can't thank them enough!

I liked the layout of the house. I also liked the the detailed instructions on just about everything. I liked that the backyard did not allow any of my dogs to escape. That has happened before. I liked that they had a lot of poop bags to use. My husband loved the location. We hope to return in the spring or summer. . Only thing that I can find fault with is the pans/ skillet and I will bring my pans. Otherwise very nice home, comfortable and spacious . Highly recommend.!
Buck and Maggie seemed to enjoy watching the street.

Home was clean and convenient to the beach, without all the hustle bustle traffic. Very comfortable stay! Our fur child loved her first beach visit. We really enjoyed our vacation at Egret’s Walk. The house is laid out nicely with a covered porch with a view of the water. It’s very close to the beach access which was convenient with young kids! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and even a beach cart. There were also 6 bikes in very good shape that we used to bike to the sound side of the island and enjoy the sunsets. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. Overall it was a great experience!
