Enjoy easy beach living, directly across from beach access! Our relaxing and spacious home in North Topsail is a sight to SEA! You can't get much closer to the water! Only an easy 30-second walk from the front door to the sand, located directly in front of public beach access and walkable to restaurants. Nestled in between the ocean and the intracoastal waterway, Ocean Breeze is perfectly located close to shopping and dining yet on a quiet stretch of sand for the moments of relaxation you crave.

Your group will enjoy our tri-level home with a fully renovated kitchen, spacious living area, multiple balconies and four well-appointed bedrooms. All bedrooms feature full linen service and a starter set of amenities so you don't have to rush to the store. Our fully stocked kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook and dine.

Comfortably and stylishly furnished, Ocean Breeze will easily accommodate up to 12 guests. Sunset views from the balcony are the perfect way to end the day before settling in for a family movie or game night.

Outdoor Space: We have 3 spacious decks for guests to enjoy the salt air! Our top floor deck is complete with a brand new polywood outdoor dining set for guests to enjoy meals outside or to add additional dining space for larger groups.

*Full Linen Service is provided and incorporated into the cleaning cost of our home.
*The pool next to the home is part of a different home and is not accessible to guests of Ocean Breeze
Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs during the high season.

Dogs are allowed with payment of $100 pet fee. Max 2 dogs up to 50 lbs.
