Enjoy effortless private beach access from this cozy cottage, with an oceanfront porch directly on the dune. Drink your morning coffee alfresco and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Step straight off the porch into the sand and take a leisurely stroll. Enjoy the shade of the porch while you watch dolphins jump and ospreys hunt for their lunch. Have an afternoon swim and pop back inside for a slice of watermelon and an ice-cold drink. Sharpen your surf fishing and shell spotting skills. The world is your oyster!

This original 1950s cottage was built when the island was first developed and is still owned by the same family. It features four bedrooms upstairs, a small bathroom with a shower, and an extra half bath. The huge dining table has room for meals as well as puzzles and board games. The washer are dryer are located in the garage on the ground floor. There is NO interior connection from the upper to lower level of the property. The laundry area is accessed by a set of exterior stairs.

NOTE: The house previously had a bedroom and bathroom available on the ground floor which is no longer accessible. Some reviews refer to this previously accessible area.

The house is conveniently located just one mile south of the bridge and town center. This is a relatively quiet stretch of beach, away from public beach accesses and busy rental houses.
