The sliding glass doors open onto a wide deck that leads directly to the beach. This unit offers a full Kitchen that is equipped with all of your basic cooking and dining needs. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided in the hall for your convenience. Across the street, you'll find the community pool, boat launch, and everything you need for a fun-filled vacation on Topsail Island. Please, no smoking and no pets.
Queen's Grant offers convenient community amenities for its guests. The complex has private beach access for its residents and guests between each oceanfront building. The sound side of the complex is where you'll find the refreshing swimming pool open from May through September. The picnic and grilling area overlooks the children's play area so you can keep an eye on the little ones while cooking a delightful grilled meal. Queen's Grant also provides a community boat ramp and dock for its homeowners and guests. Parking for boat/jet ski trailers is limited and is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Wireless internet is available in the condo. Log-in information will be provided at check-in.
