Annual Family Vacation on Topsail

The property accommodated my family very nicely (eight adults). Very comfortable great room with easy access to the beach. Loved it.

2023 Twin Palms vacation

Twin Palms was a very enjoyable home to stay in. The living area was spacious, which didn't make you feel crowded. The kitchen was well furnished with plenty of cooking utensils. All of the bedrooms were facing the ocean. You could walk out of your bedroom and be on the deck. The deck furniture was very comfortable. The upper deck gave you a perfect view of the ocean. The walk to the beach was short. Our vacation at Topsail in Twin Palms was very relaxing and enjoyable.Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Excellent location on a quiet beach. House is great, this was our 4th time staying there.

Has everything we need on a quiet beachfront. This is not a luxury property, but it is clean and functions very well for us. I've not found anything better in the 7 years we've been going to Topsail at this price point. The location is great, far enough away from the crowds in Surf City, but still an easy drive for shopping or supplies like fresh seafood. We also took the early entry option, which avoided much of the Saturday afternoon traffic for a few bucks more. The new keyless system allows for checkout by just locking the door, avoiding the lines for checkout at the realty office.
