The main living level features the kitchen, dining room with table for six, and living room. Patio doors lead to a balcony overlooking the tropical landscaping.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bath. Guest rooms include a queen bed and a room with a set of full over full bunk beds with a twin trundle bed. Each bedroom has a Roku TV, shared hall bathroom and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a full-sized washer and dryer. The home also has a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The heated pool with rock waterfall feature highlights the fenced backyard oasis, complete with lounge chairs, outdoor shower, and gas grill. An expansive covered lanai features couches to lounge while watching a large screen Roku tv, or dine alfresco at a dining set for 6. Just off the pool are two air-conditioned game rooms with seating, foosball table, ping pong table, and arcade games for the ultimate entertainment.
Located in a residential neighborhood in Holmes Beach, La Coconut is is just two blocks to Publix and nearby shopping plazas with restaurants and shops, and provides a great location to get on and off the island quickly. The free trolley stops nearby and travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island, hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.
