This home was as expected for the most part. We have stayed at numerous rentals throughout the years and this one was in the top 10. The location being about 1 and half blocks from the beach access is perfect. Cleanliness in the home was very good. Close to alot of restaurants and bars. Some within walking distance. A tip - rent a golf cart. This is the easiest way to navigate the island. Communication response with management was very good. There were a few issues noticed, mainly cosmetic, but i alerted management and they took note to fix. It was not imperative that they fix while we were there. Again, minor issues. One item to take note of is that this home is on the main road going thru island. It was not an issue for us but if you dont like road noise or busy roads at times, might be a concern. I would have given 5stars for overall but there are a few things to note. The bedroom to the right of the hallway, the mattress is starting to sink in the middle, otherwise, the beds are memory foam and comfortable. The master bedroom could use a dresser for clothes. There is a wardrobe with shelves but a dresser would be an improvement. Outside area could use some TLC like cushions for the wood loungers but, overall, it was nice and relaxing. Pool water was perfectly warm at all times and very clean. Thank you for providing a nice beach home on AMI.
