Great location!

A stone’s throw from Manatee beach, a couple blocks from Skinny’s (our favorite spot), walking distance to the grocery store. Manatee beach has the AMI beach cafe, ice cream, gift shop, and tiki bar. The beach directly in front is a little busy for us, so we would walk down a bit to get away from the crowd, or drive to our other favorite locations. There was heavy traffic, but easy in and out of the driveway. Considering there was a catastrophic hurricane just 7 months ago, we were all very pleased with the condition of this rental. It is very spacious - the room with the king bed has its own bathroom, the queen and double twin bedrooms shared the other. The laundry room really came in handy and we appreciated it having laundry soap and dryer sheets. We have two small suggestions
a separate container for recycling (we used a garbage bag to transport recyclables to the outside bin) and a mop/bucket (we had an incident with a pina colada and used paper toweling to clean it up). One last thing, no need to bring coffee filters! The cupboard is fully stocked! We had a great stay!

Great place

We had a great vacation. The home layout had everything we needed for our family. Extra beach accessories, chairs and wagons. Beach is across the street, which is just a short easy walk. Parvaneh communicated well when we needed anything.

The description says it all.

The short walk to everything one would need including the beach was super convienent. The place itself was beautiful, cozy and comfortable.The only thing missing was the morning view of the surf and beach. Maybe its better from the upper unit possibly? Theres a small window of no structures to actually see the sand and gulf between buildings and such. The parking lot fills quickly and constant traffic on the gulf drive but never got extremely bad during our stay and it calms as the evening passes. On the bright side, you dont have to drive, just walk across the road, the parking lot and your beachin!! Would definitely stay again if we return to the island. Very responsive property manager, I mean within minutes if not seconds, answered all questions and handled any and all concerns promptly. We were lucky enough to get to see the parade for the fourth of july which was awesome as well. I would suggest to update the page itself to no pets, that was our only thing when we searched for places that accepted pets with or without a sec dep, this listing was included, and although I understand all the concerns and we figured it out on our end, it woulda be nice to have gotten to include our fur babies on the stay. And by taking the pets accepted off the listing it may lose a few hits, but atleast there will be no confusion on either end. Or atleast contact the manager before ya book any of the properties to ensure they do in fact allow pets, or atleast your pets.

Great location as well as walking distance to the beach and many other places such as shops and restaurants. There was a ton of beach supplies and towels. There were also many cooking utensils which made things a lot easier. On the weekends it was a small challenge to leave the driveway due to the traffic near the beach but on other days it was simple. I would definitely stay here again it was a very fun and enjoyable experience!

Good stay

The house was spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and plates but lacking in some other areas. The beds were very comfortable. We ran into a few snags but Parvaneh responded immediately to all. I was concerned about the conga line of cars as others mentioned, but we really didn't have a problem with that. We could get in and out fairly easily.

Nice place in ideal location

If the beach is going to be an integral part of your stay, then this location is perfect. Everything you need for living is in walking distance (Publix, Dunkin’, restaurants, Skinny’s Bar, etc.). We loved how well stocked the beach items were in the garage with chairs, a wagon to haul it, umbrellas, etc. Just fabulous since we didn’t have to bring anything. The property is fine, albeit in an extraordinarily busy location. It is a conga line of cars for about 10 hours on Saturday both directions. You can see the beach from the A deck but it isn’t idyllic over the hum of vehicles. Again, very practical location and fine for us. The inside is VERY spacious and we were happy to be able to spread out. Two bathrooms was nice and the beds were comfortable. Loved the ceiling fans in every room. We had some minor items that I decided not to contact Parvaneh on. The blinds in the master bedroom and one in second bedroom did not work and need replaced (we were able to close them but not functional). The air conditioning did not get the inside (ever) below 78 degrees even though we left it set to 75 as instructed even though it was blowing cold (maybe it was because it was July, IDK). Had to replace a thermostat battery on day 5. The driveway floods when it rains (parking on the stones was the recourse) and is slow to drain off. Overall we had a nice time and enjoyed our stay. Being a short walk from everything to me was the best part.

Amazing Property

We could not have gotten luckier with this choice of property, especially after deciding the day before to take the vacation. Some reviews talked about how hard it is to get in and out of the driveway because of the nearby intersection. Our experience was the complete opposite. Every single time we turned on the car or golf cart and inched forward, cars would stop to let you enter the roadway. The interior of the property was also amazing with stunning views of the beach. This unit had more than enough space for a family of 6(wife, 4 kids and myself). We will certainly be checking availability for this property upon our next trip!

Awesome location across from Main Beach AMI

Great location - we enjoyed the property and loved that it came stocked with beach chairs, trolleys to carry everything and a ping pong table that we got a lot of use out of. Inside was very nice, great views and nicely cleaned.
