Det, der skulle have været en hyggelig mor-og-søn-weekend i forbindelse med min 11-årige søns fodboldstævne, endte desværre med at blive en meget ubehagelig oplevelse. Hotellet så ellers perfekt ud. Faciliteterne var fine, og den service vi oplevede, var generelt rigtig god. Men gæsterne på naboværelset (som kom på værelse kl. 01:00 ødelagde opholdet fuldstændigt. Der var en forbindelsesdør mellem værelserne, og de forsøgte gentagne gange at åbne den, selvom den var låst og tydeligvis ikke skulle bruges. Det skabte stor utryghed – især når man er alene afsted med et barn. Derudover havde de meget højlydt sex og spillede efterfølgende høj musik. Heldigvis sov min søn på det tidspunkt, og jeg var nødt til at give ham høretelefoner på, så han ikke skulle høre det – men det er ikke en situation, man som forælder burde bringes i på et hotel. Det, der gjorde situationen endnu mere frustrerende, var, at der ingen reception var, hvor man kunne henvende sig med problemet og få hjælp med det samme. Vi havde håbet på ro, tryghed og en hyggelig weekend sammen, men sad i stedet tilbage med en dårlig oplevelse. Et hotel bør kunne sikre, at familier kan føle sig trygge på deres værelse. Det er desværre ikke et sted, jeg vil vælge igen til ophold med børn.

Det var slet ikke lig med prisen 1500 kr for en nat. To enkelt senge i et lille værelse. Koldt på værelset og sørme om hotellet ikke mente at selvfølgelig er juledag en hverdag og morgenmad bliver ryddet af kl. 9.30. Det var sidste gang vi bor her.
