The cottage offers 45 m2 living / dining / kitchen and bedrooms area plus large 27 m2 decked patios stepping out from the cottage.

The Cove is 5 min stroll to the main blue flag Trearddur Bay beach,
The property boasts 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom renovated detached bungalow. It sleeps 5, great for family getaway. It has open plan lounge / dining area, solid wood Harring bone flooring and new granite kitchen.


To the front there is a driveway with parking for 2 cars on the drive.
The cottage has complimentary WIFI high speed fibre internet, so if you need to work here or just want to surf, socialize and stream, its all yours.
The modern marble effect granite kitchen is fully equipped and has a oven, cast iron hob, microwave, fridge freezer with cool water dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine and all the equipment and accessories for a fabulous family dinner.

In the open plan lounge area, you have a small corner group settees sitting 5, allowing the whole family to sit down and watch their favourite box set or movie together. There is a 40-inch LED smart TV with full Sky package including sports. In the lounge, a variety of board games, puzzles and books are also provided.
Next to the settees area is the folding dining table and folding chairs sitting 4.
The modern marble effect tiled bathroom has bath and concealed mixer shower, basin, toilet and illuminated mirror.

You have 2 bedrooms: master bedroom is tastefully decorated with an upholstered double bed, velvet grey curtains, ward robes, bedside table and lamp. The second bedroom has upholstered double bed, and ward robe.

You would have the whole house, driveway, decked patio area and premises.

Please note that the driveaway to the Cove is your own. But it passes down the right hand side of the bigger house No 1 at the front. You have space for 2 cars.
This does not affect your privacy.
Please keep and check out the Cove clean and tidy. Pl put dishes and run the dish washer upon leaving. No need to strip the beds. Our cleaning team will take care of it.
The First dog/ pet is free of charge. For second and third dogs, addiontal charge £ 20 per dog is applicable.
