Amazingly located art deco studio apartment: Very cozy & unbeatably convenient! Ample storage & high ceilings enhance spaciousness. Independent wet room, plus washing machine, fridge, iron, microwave, small breakfast cooker, kettle & water filter. Prime location: 3 mins to MTR, 30 secs to the tram! 10 mins to Central! Experience convenient living in one of Hong Kong’s most charming neighbourhoods!

The Studio is larger and better decorated than the average in Hong Kong and has extremely high ceilings, giving it a wonderfully spacious feel.

BUT to manage expectations please note before booking: This is a Studio flat with a small double sofabed ONLY and is in the middle of the building - so very quiet but does not have external windows. Although larger than most in HK the studio is 200sqft with a double height ceiling. There are many larger options available nearby at much higher price points that maybe more suitable if you are concerned about size, but if you want something budget conscious, very comfortable and highly rated - we look forward to welcoming you 🙏🏻

Modern touches and a focus on creating a calm space to come home and relax to have been my hallmark design intention, whilst being mindful of budget conscious travellers - crafting an effortless balance between the two.

Formed as part of a traditional Cantonese “Tang Lau” the Studio is in the middle of the building, and provides a tastefully authentic experience. Having no external facing windows drastically reduces noise and disturbances from the outside world, ensuring a peaceful night’s rest and fresh start to the morning.
