When we first checked in, there was powder from the ceiling that fell onto the coffee mug tray. The washroom was satisfactory at best. A/C was good though.

The room was fine, especially considering how cheap it was- the staff are SUPER helpful, always happy and willing to give recommendations and help you- a special thank you to Iris (hopefully that’s her name spelt right!) for making my stay so special and easy. The room was perfectly cool and I definitely would return and recommend it in the future.

Very helpful staff, but I can’t believe they gave me a windowless room for 7 nights and the elevator was broken for 3 days while I was on the top floor. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it served its purpose.

I wasn't expecting much from this place, but a few things really annoyed me about it. Firstly, they made us ay another $25 as "government tax" even though the booking had been prepaid in full. found this sneaky, Receptionist was not pleasant, the AC did not work properly and the only electrical outlet in the room was falling off so was utterly unusable, Stay away is my recommendation

Great location, simple decor but super comfortable

We checked in after 4 pm and we were offered free upgrades , we booked for 3 nights and our room is on the 9th Floor, it is quiet, room is clean, bed is really comfortable & facility are sufficient for our stay. The staff are really friendly and nice! We are very happy with our choice.

Condition of room & common areas weren’t matching the expectations from the photos. Toilet was dirty, specifically having “new” stains on toilet seat, when I checked in, and this didn’t give confidence on the other areas of the room. The lights were also flicking on the floor that I’m on. The only upside to the stay? The location was convenient — but there are also other hotels of similar price ranges that boasts the convenience.
