The area is also home to Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s renowned River Cottage and the historic National Trust property, Shute Barton. A little over 13 miles away, the picturesque seaside resort of Lyme Regis boasts a fossil-rich beach, a variety of unique restaurants, and an array of independent shops, making it a quintessential coastal destination. Bridport offers a fantastic Saturday market and wonderful views from the National Trust’s Golden Cap, which your dog will love. Eype Beach is a safe place to swim and is close to the Symondsbury Estate for a stroll up Colmer's Hill and a lovely cafe/shop for a browse.

At the heart of this cosy annexe is the lounge/diner, featuring a comfortable L-shaped sofa positioned perfectly for a chilled evening together in front of the Smart TV. The dining area enjoys lovely views over the countryside and surrounding gardens, making it an inviting spot for meals or even a fun games night, with a great selection of firm favourites. Descending three steps into the kitchen, you'll discover a fully equipped space with modern appliances, ideal for preparing anything from a hearty breakfast to a delicious evening feast. Completing the layout is a spacious shower room with a WC and a heated towel rail for added comfort.
Outside, a charming furnished and enclosed patio area provides the perfect spot for an afternoon read or for soaking up the evening sun and keeping the dog safe.
