1) We also have a one-bedroom unit F306 within the same building, providing excellent guest accommodations for visiting family members or friends.
2) We switched to self managing both properties in June 2025. Although our previous reviews didnât transfer, weâve been welcoming satisfied guests to these properties since 2020.
âPROPERTY UPDATEâ
PLUMBING IMPROVEMENTS AT PAPAKEA RESORT:
Weâre excited to share that Papakea Resort is enhancing the property with updated plumbing throughout the resort. While some light construction activity may occasionally be heard outdoors, we have wonderful news: Construction is complete on buildings A through J. These updated building areas offer a peaceful experience with easy access to all resort amenities. Work on building K will begin at the end of December, 2025.
Details:
1) Work typically takes place from 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
2) Crew members may arrive for quiet setup as early as 7am.
3) Any louder activities are scheduled to begin after 10am to respect morning relaxation.
4) The overall project is expected to wrap up around June 2026, and weâve adjusted our rates during this period as a way of saying thank you for your understanding.
