Everything was really good. Close to all the major beaches and stores. There was also a parking space provided in the nearby parking garage which was really nice.
Location and proximity to Waikiki was good. The accommodation was ok, but the property and unit are not very well maintained. The uber drivers could not find the property easily and the building they kept going to was kitty corner across the street. One of the twin beds has a dip in it and squeaks all the time. The bathroom fan is very noisy.
The place looks like no manager/owner has done a walkthrough in forever. It screams of neglect and with not too much money you could make it so much better. The bathroom mat need to be replaced, the dish dryer is rusty (!), the kitchen rug is torn and dirty, bulbs in the ceiling are mostly burnt, vinyl floor in the master bedroom is coming apart, the springs of all the mattresses in all the rooms are ruined. and the door lock doesn't work properly. Other than that a water kettle to boil water could have been a nice addition. We liked the balcony but that's pretty much it :)
Basic property but had everything that we needed. This property was great for us location wise. Easy walk to the main area of Waikiki. Yes it was a bit noisy especially if you don't live in a city/town but nothing that we didn't get used to in the 8 nights we were there.
