When we arrived, we could not get into the door as the code had not been updated for us. The cleaning personnel eventually greeted us at the door and change the code for us, but when we entered with her, the room was dirty. It had not been cleaned from the previous guests. We had to leave and check in a few hours later. It was very inconvenient.Then, during our stay, we found out that we were unable to access the lanai due to work being done on the outside of the building. We paid extra for an ocean front suite, but we’re unable to make use of the lanai. We couldn’t even open the blinds due to the men doing work on the outside of the building who could look directly into our window. How do I know this was going to happen I would have stayed somewhere else so that I could enjoy the view.Our contact person was not very apologetic or quick at responding to our requests and concerns.
