Stayed for 3 nights. Check In staff was nice even the line is kind the long (system update) Parking attendant not helpful at all. We're not familiar how paid parking works the 1st time. (Exiting) We stop We're the booth is & told us to insert the ticket to the ticket dispenser which is a back length of arm, we did ask if she can insert it for us but declined 😔 so we back up just a little not a big deal but attendant can improved or atleast give an aloha.

Clean, quiet and extremely convenient with access to early morning starbucks coffee in the lounge and walking distance to mall. The small store inside the hotel was perfect for snacks and other commodities we needed. Overall enjoyed our stay!

Its was really quiet and the housekeepers were soo sweet. A staff member had a like 10 min conversation with my wife about how pretty her pink hair was. They were soo helpful and kind. One thing i did wish for is that TVs would have the smart TV option. I have an autistic toddler and he really wasnt able to stem. Which wasnt much of an issue because he was still having fun. But i think i would make rooms a bit MORE luxurious. Outside of that, OUTSTANDING ESTABLISHMENT!!!

Pleasant stay but dusty room

The room was dusty! Layers of small dust balls on the walls seen while laying on the bed and looking up. Noticed the dusty lampshades as lighting isn’t the best in the rooms so turning on most lampshades in the room revealed all the dust. Stained towels of brown something hanging on the towel rack put out for guest use. General areas were for the most part tidy and clean, but areas that don’t get touched usually were very visibly dirty. If you have allergy sensitivity to dust, it might’ve been an issue. Otherwise, the hotel was in a very convenient location near to shops, restaurants, etc I would stay here again for the conveniences and with hopes, hotel housekeeping can go through a thorough full deep clean in the rooms every so often.

Great trip! Everything was great as expected. The only concerns are that the toilets was too low and the ice machine on our floor during our stay. Parking was tight and could not find a handicap parking space one night. An in-house dining snack bar would be appreciated. Wanted to leave a note and tip for housekeeping but there was no stationary available. Overall great stay!
