Lovely stay in Waikiki

Hotel was lovely and in a great location. Pool was busy so we didn’t use. We were on the 5th floor so it was loud due to people in the hallway going to the pool. Bathroom was a little small and dark, but fine for 2 people. Get your towels for the beach early cause they run out. Staff was all very helpfu!

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I informed them that I required a microwave on the day of my arrival, but it was not provided in my room on the first day. Do not expect this hotel to have any dental kits available in your room. The room did not match the quality depicted in the photos, particularly the bathroom, which is extremely small. I stayed at this hotel for seven days and booked an oceanfront room. I suggest that if you are considering spending the same amount of money for your accommodation, you should avoid staying at this hotel.

The property was in a great location. Our room was clean. Would have liked the bathroom to be bigger. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the bathroom mirror remained fogged up after a shower.

Management was very slow/ somewhat unresponsive to issues of noise. I was eventually moved to another room away from the live music, but the next room was very moldy and AC was malfunctioning. Service was very slow.

Hotel is beautiful. The only problem was the room cleaning service was not completed after being gone almost 12 hour's. They advised they clean rooms until 8 pm to 10 pm daily. Strange and unacceptable service I think to myself. Who wants a cleaning person in your room at 8 pm or later when you're tired and just want to shower and get reaady for bed. Disappointed with this service and management not making themselves available to discuss this situation.
