Everything was nice. Breakfast was very good. Maid service daily. Paint was starting to peel and the bed was very flat/ lumpy "time to replace!" Carpet/wallpaper was dated as well. Overall though, a very relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Very beautiful scenery and location. Loved the breakfast and reception. The Embassy Suites is close to shopping, dining and beach access. Also convenient bus and trolley routes to get around. My family and i will visit again.

This hotel offers a great location, spacious rooms, and is generally clean. However, I cannot recommend it. I suffered severe food poisoning, which I’m certain was caused by the hotel’s breakfast. I had to visit a local hospital, and the end of the vacation was completely ruined. I reported the issue to the staff, but they showed little concern. They only called me once afterwards to ask how I was feeling, but they did not address my request for compensation.

I liked the breakfast, the room itself, and the proximity to the beach. The part I didn't like was the elevator situation. We often waited a long time to get on, only to be crammed in like sardines.

location is excellent just few step from the beach., only inconvenience is parking but you have most of the stores/shopping center near by.

Its in a good location. Place needs a deep scrub. Breakfast Omeletes are the best, do not use any tour guide services in hotel. Rent a car way cheaper and you'll see more without restrictions. They charge convenience fees for nothing. Its ok

I loved how helpful the staff was especially with our 1 year old. Everyone that worked here also was very friendly. This is my second time staying at this hotel but last time we stayed we didn't bring children with us. We were able to put the baby to sleep while safely watching TV in the living room. I will definitely be staying here next time. Only thing that kind of sucks is you have to walk down the beach to get a good spot since not a lot of sand to lounge.

Everyone at this hotel was so incredibly friendly, the housekeeper on our floor was an absolute delight, she went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we were comfortable. The pool was perfect for children, there was a little wadding area for the little little ones and a decent size pool for everyone else to enjoy. The hotel was perfect to walk to the beach and many restaurant options as well as shopping. it's a perfect location!
