The property offers full breakfast included in the price. The activities are also great (pool, jet spa, outdoor games - miniature golf, bean toss, foos ball, and table tennis, exercise room and game room). The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are even smaller! It's as if the bathrooms were an afterthought! Housekeeping is not good! Parking is tight and not suitable for larger vehicles.

The rooms are not as advertised! Very tight space and extremely small bathrooms! Only one person can fit in the bathroom at any given time (it's as if the bathroom was an afterthought)! Housekeeping does NOT clean the rooms during the stay (they only make the beds and provide clean towels)! Our room was not cleaned/sanitized by Housekeeping during our entire stay! I sanitized and cleaned on my own. There was no table or desk nor chair in the rooms and no space for them (again, not as advertised)!

This property was within walking distance to beach and many restaurants. The only negatives they said we would have full access to all amenities until we left the resort. Not true. We did not have even bathroom access. Very disappointing after being there for 2 weeks.

Property itself was fine. Be prepared for Expedia and Holiday Inn to give horrible customer service. Canceling reservations and over charging for rooms. They will point to finger at each other leaving the customer out money and questioning why anyone would ever use Expedia.
