The room was like something out of a scary movie. Smelled horrible. It was dingy. None of the windows would open. I checked in and checked out with in 10 minutes of being there. They refused to refund my 6 day stay. They basically stole my money and did not care. . Don’t stay at this hotel and don’t book through Expedia. Save ur money time and a bad experience.

The Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach Hotel is centrally located in Waikiki. If you are doing activities and need to be picked up, this hotel is one of the few places that they will pick you up from. Everything is walkable from the International Marketplace to the main avenue where you can get to restaurants and the high end retail stores, as well as access to the beach. They even lend you towels and a beach chair to use. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff members are very friendly also. I would definitely stay here again if I decide to return to Honolulu!
