Great location. Less than a 5 minute walk to Waikiki beach and the main strip. Small convenient store (ABC store) next door. Staff was very friendly. I requested early check in of 11am but did not get it. When we arrived we left our bags and Walmart order at the front desk and they kept it and delivered it all to our room when it was ready at 3pm. Room was nice, clean and fit our family of 5 comfortably. We had a nice view from our room window we could see the ocean. Our balcony faced another building but was nice to be able to get some fresh air and hang our beach items that needed to dry. The elevators did take a long time and most times when they finally did come to our floor (7th) they were too full and we would end up having to take the stairs down every day. The pool was under renovations but we were given a key to a sister hotel right next door that we never used because we preferred the beach. The free breakfast buffet was a nice option to have but was exactly that, we didn’t have high expectations for it so we were not disappointed but not impressed either. We only ate there one morning. Overall we would stay there again.

The pool was closed, but the hotel nearby offered an alternative option. Breakfast area was overcrowded, not enough tables for everyone. The food was okay. Ongoing construction/hotel renovation (loud noise during the day)

Loved our stay! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Only thing is that breakfast is super busy at 6:30 am already and if you don't get there in the right time you might have to wait for a table. Other than that it was great! Our room was clean and good size. We also used the car rent option from hotel as well a taxi to get to the airport and it all went well.

The property needs to be refurbished. The pool side area did not look good. Paint was pealed and exposed concrete. The toilets also had limited ventilation. If you’re renting a car, you’ll need to park valet or find a parking deck. Around 45-55 dollars per night. Housekeeping did come every day to get new towels and change sheets. However, they did not check the properly one night and packed up my work phone which I left on the bed with the sheets. I tracked it with my personal phone and found it at a laundering service on the other side of Honolulu. The hotel gave us 90 dollars for travel fees and time lost. But when I found out there was some damage to my phone they didn’t want to admit it and did not reimburse any money. Dining is very American catered. Some other perks were towels and beach chairs. Which were nice. The proximity to shopping was good. Overall, this is a poor to average location.

Location is great, but limited parking and noisy at night really is bothersome. We stayed in the 7th floor and we hear noises from the streets at night. The sliding doors by the patio needs to be replaced ir sealed properly. It was a hassle changing rooms so we just stayed at the same room for nights.
