General Cleanliness and parking was the major issue with this hotel. From breakfast area to cleanliness in room, everything was awful. Birds attacking breakfast area and room wasn’t throughly cleaned before our arrival. Headbands, used toothpicks and other trash were lying around near sofa bed. PThere is no parking for guests. Hotel has valet parking only and the rate I paid was $75/ day for 5 consecutive days.

Lift was terrible. Have to wait at least 20 minutes to 30 minutes we stayed at 8th floors and we used most of the time stairs Also break fast also terrible. Except pine apples, there is no fruit at all . Except scrambled egg , no other choice of eggs plus only pork sausage, No chicken or turkey sausage Just like a 2 star hotel continental breakfast Also swimming pools was not working I am a frequent traveler but never seen that big name hotel and that kind of service Only thing is good that was close to the beach I would never recommend to anyone of my family and family

Staff didn’t honour VIP access. We were placed on the lower floor, facing someone else’s washroom/laundry room. The “balcony” had no view and actually posed a security concern, since it’s easy for someone to climb into our room. This ‘VIP access’ is more like a gimmick. Don’t expect to be treated like one.

Hyatt place is very close to the beach. There is a wall by the beach which it makes a lot safer for the kids to swim. I think over all Hyatt is a good place for family special if you have kids. The only problem is the parking is super expensive. The good thing with this hotel is the free continental breakfast and close to shopping area and restaurants.

Hotel is very good. Very close to beach. Provides free towel, chairs. Only negative is breakfast area is very small for the hotel of this size, gets very crowded and since it’s an open area, there are lots of birds coming and attacking food. Bird feathers and poop can be seen. Apart from the breakfast area, everything else is top notch!!

Everyone was Locke by the room assigned had a horrible view of another buildings alley way and the floor had service bins in the hallway at all times. I loved everything about the staff and location but the room assignment was a miss.

Good & very convenient location. Cleanliness is maintained well and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel has many free amenities to take advantage of such as beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, volleyballs, etc. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff here was very friendly and helpful, but there were a couple of staff members who were absolutely exceptional! Kerri 😀 and Mildred (housekeeping) that went above and beyond every time! Truly exceptional people and employees!

In great area of Waikiki, can park nearby at the zoo no street parking and valet was full when trying to park there. Very friendly staff, breakfast was chaotic being outdoors on 3rd level the wind everyday blew cups, forks & napkins around and you need to always stay with your food or else birds will eat it off your plate. The pool was closed due to balcony renovations happening above it. Construction didn’t not affect us other than pool closure although pool is very small maybe 10ft X 8ft. Waikiki beach is a 5 min walk up the st from hotel though. You’re in a great spot to walk Waikiki strip and don’t need a car if staying in that area. Many trolleys and buses available too. Tour pickups were all within a block of the hotel Rooms were very clean and replenished daily Nice hotel overall.
