Terrible waiting times at Elevator. Horrible parking experience- expensive and terribly hard to park with two way traffic. Staff is really good - super quick room service and thanks for early checkin and ocean front room had great views.

Enjoyed our stay on the 21st floor of Diamond Head tower. We felt safe. The view was amazing. There is noise from the street below from motorcycles and cars revving their engines occasionally. And the sound from the doors of adjacent rooms closing was pretty loud. Bidet is a wonderful bonus. Plenty of room to spread out in the room. Air conditioning/fan is positioned so that it blows right on your face while in bed, so we had to rig up a cushion to block it. Also, if you're sensitive to light when you sleep you will want an eye mask as there is light bleed around the door, and outlets for charging with constant red and green lights right by your face on the nightstand. Lovely spa products provided in large eco-conscious bottles instead of single-use plastic bottles. Valet parking was prompt. The complimentary water bottles were nice, but unnecessary. We don't need yet another plastic water bottle. It would be nice if you could choose your complimentary item, or decline them altogether to cut down on waste. Enjoyed the free activities offered.

When I went to check in, I was supposed to only have Oceanside views. I got beachfront views with an upgraded room. It was our anniversary and we actually got an upgraded room complementary of them sweet the sweetest people at the front desk. The tour guides was amazing. Everything about the place was absolutely top-tier. Love it. Love it 10 out of 10. Recommend would do it again.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great location across the street from the beach and walking distance to the main strip. Has an AVIS car rental in the resort (we were able to get a last minute car for a reasonable price). We had an ocean view room on the 32 floor. Stunning views. Tub/shower/toilet was a bit tired, but clean and worked well. Room and bed were great size and comfortable. Love they give you reusable water bottles to keep and refill for free in the lobby. Will definitely come back if we ever return to the island.

A lot of things to like about this beachfront property. Unfortunately, the beds were rock hard and the pillows were paper thin. Disappointed in the overall experience.

The ocean view room on the higher floor was amazing with Waikīkī Beach in sight. Very clean room and great staff and great customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel

The staff did not listen and were elitist. I came on vacation with family (daughter, son-in-law and grands) and paid for my own room. We asked to be placed close to each other and checked in at the same time. They were placed on the 25th floor and I was placed on the 6th floor, making it hard to allow the kids (10, 8 and 7) to go between rooms on their own. When I arrived in my room, the AC was not working and the room was hot. After a little while, the maintenance staff came and opened it up and fixed it. The person said it was a faulty maintenance issue. Two days later, the AC did not work again. I called the front desk again. A short while later, the maintenance person came, opened up the AC and fixed it, saying there were known issues of the AC disconnecting from the wifi tools. A couple days later, I received a call in the middle of the night that a close friend had passed. My grandson had fallen asleep in one of the beds beside me. I moved over to the other bed to have more space. A short time later, he woke in the night and came over beside me in the other bed. A short time later, I felt something moving on my arm and knew it wasn’t my grandson. I sat up. He felt it, too, and quickly sat up. We both jumped up from the bed when we realized it was a gigantic roach crawling on us under the sheets. My grandson refused to get back in either bed or to go to sleep. By that time, I couldn’t return to sleep. Why would there be roaches up several floors high?
