Check-in was very easy and fast, Rod is very nice and friendly! The room with the sunset view was perfect. The only thing missing in the room is a full body mirror. There’s only one mirror and it’s only in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel and the location of the hotel is perfect! We enjoyed our stay!

Decent Stay

Overall, it was a good stay. There were some hiccups, but good. They’re very picky about the number of towels they give out, and the beach chairs were very uncomfortable and low, but hey, at least they had them available. On my first night, I found a roach in the bathroom, but they switched us to a new unit on the same floor. We caught some great views on the 24th floor! There are fireworks on Friday night and a luau. The concierge was friendly and accommodating.

A low end property. Cockroaches in the room. Staff was unfriendly, and there is no feeling of security, elevators are open to anyone and there were random people wandering on the room floors. They also charged me a $325 security deposit even though the room was prepaid.

This was an amazing stay for all of my family. The views are too lovely for words and the interior was well cared for and lots of room in the 2 bedroom suite for my toddlers to scramble around. Mr. Chester at the front desk made every morning an absolute joy for my boys and can't thank all the staff for the experience. It is a great hotel location on the Waikiki beach and if you are visiting on a Friday you need to watch the fireworks from the lagoon! Walking distance to the mall and less than an hour drive to the North Shore. Would definitely return to the hotel again.

I did not agree with the incidental fees compared to room very dated mattress and pillows were below average shower water pressure was horrible. Very outdated ac unit Staff very kind they do offer free gifts for the stay the kitchen amenities were neat But I won t stay again

The pool on Level 2 wasn't very big. Harder to walk into Waikiki because the foreshore walk has degraded.
