The Prince Waikiki was better than expected. All rooms have ocean view but are overlooking the Ala Wai small boat harbor. So sunsets have sailboats and ocean waves and are gorgeous. Floor to ceiling windows with automatic curtains were awesome. Press the button to make them go up and down revealing the view outside. We stayed in room 703&704 which is an adjoining room and right in front of the elevator. We heard no noise from the elevators. 7th floor is really low, but the views are gorgeous. The staff is very attentive and housekeeping will come early so put out your sign to come back later and they are happy to do so. We had a couple special requests and housekeeping was on it fast! The rooms are good, water pressure in showers was good and it was quick with the hot water for showers. Soap, shampoo and conditioner is in the shower for you. They will bring extra towels if requested. The beds were comfortable and the pillows excellent. We did notice a little bit of a slope in the beds on the side where people probably sit on it. Sleeping on the other side was quite comfy. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the Ala Moana mall which has a food court open until 8pm plus all sorts of stores including a target and foodland where you can get groceries. Walk another 8 minutes and Walmart is on the back side of the mall a block further than target. All Very convenient for meals if you don’t want to pay hotel prices for meals.

Love the bed. Spa was great but they didn’t have individual rooms, or they thought we wanted a couples massage. The parking stalls are waiting for an accident to happen. I asked about a charge to my credit card and the early morning checkout person gave me a lame response. She didn’t even investigate it. I’ll have to reverse the charge if I can’t get a satisfactory answer later. I think we should all have gotten our resort fee for the Tuesday the tsunami shut down everything and we were sequestered in our rooms. We hadn’t eaten dinner, so we went without dinner. However, the Prince Waikiki has always been our favorite even when it was on Kuhio.

Nice fitness area, pool area very clean as well as the common areas. Nice lobby store and definitely within walking distance of everything in Waikiki that you need to see.

Prince Waikīkī was a great stay for me and my family. Staff was friendly and accommodating to any questions we had. We did the Club suite which included Club Lounge (breakfast/lunch/dinner). it was a nice addition. the infinity pool was a great experience as well. great temperature in all 3 pools. Parking is a bit pricey. $45/$50 a night. so be prepared. there is harbor parking for $1/hour (on the street in front of the hotel) The room and bathroom were very nice. i would come back again :)
