Did not use spa pool as it was an additional cost. Did not get room upgrade Expedia said we were entitled to. "Partial ocean view" meant you had to ick your head out of window to see part of the ocean.

Great hotel On top of the price they charge you a 48 daily rate for destination fee that you can use towards meals at the hotel Tho other negative thing is that bathroom lights turn on when you walk in in the middle of the night.

Great hotel with good location

All fine except breakfast, one day 20min waiting while half of the restaurant is empty, why? Very new and comfy, very friendly personnel Excellent location next to Ala Moana, good amenities and services Enjoyed a lot, recommended. Valet parking is 50/day, that is far too expensive!
