I stay here on my days off. So that I can enjoy all that Waikīkī has to offer. Especially the food. The rooms on the fifth floor offer amazing views. From all sides of the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.

This property is rundown and levitated and looks like a crackhouse. I hate to be extreme, but the only good thing is that it’s a block and a half away from the beach. And the rooms are large. I’ve already been in touch with Expedia, but the pictures on the ad are definitely misleading. The hotel is extremely rundown. The ladies at the front desk are so so nice but having a roach house in the kitchen of the studio of where we were going to stay, put me over the top.

Absolutely disgusting

We’ve been to Hawaii 20+ times and have family here. We were passing through on an overnight layover. Almost booked a great deal at a corporate high-rise waterfront hotel, but decided to save $60 and try this little throwback old-school spot. We’ve stayed at plenty of adventurous, quirky, vintage spots before—this was not that. Everything in the room (except sheets) was stained, filthy, or needed repair. The bathroom reeked like a dive-bar men’s urinal. There were small cockroaches in the kitchen area (fortunately didn’t see any huge ones). The pool area was piled with storage items. The maintenance guy was sleeping in the lobby. Even for one night, as a parent traveling with small children it was immediate hygiene triage: Don’t touch anything you don’t have to. Don’t take your shoes off unless you’re getting directly into bed. Don’t sit on the couch. And don’t worry, it’s only one night. We went out to dinner and brought a backpack with all our valuables—this did not seem like a safe place to leave a wallet or iPad in the room. Overall, the only nice things I could say about it that the person working reception was great, the location is terrific for walking a couple blocks to have coffee on Waikīkī, and it was nostalgic to look around the courtyard and imagine a time—many, MANY decades ago—when Oahu was a different world and this was a cute place to stay. But we would not stay here again, not even for one night, not for any amount of savings.

The room was filthy! We had a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchenette. Very few dishes, no dish soap, kitchen towels or sponges. No cooking pans, bowls, etc. property in disrepair. Run down, cracked paint, filth on top of fridge and shelves. Major construction going on outside that we were not told about. Each morning construction crews arrived at 6:20am with their heavy equipment and backup beepers. Construction complete with hours of jackhammers began at 8:00am. Only good thing was being 2 blocks from Waikiki!

This place is a dive. Dirty, run down, didn’t even check in due to the rundown nature. Advertised for parking but couldn’t even find any parking even close to the building. When attempting to get a refund, orbitz couldn’t even get ahold of the hotel and they just denied. Do not go there.

It’s an old property but prime location room was clean bed was comfy could see beach from our balcony and staff were nice. Spent the least amount of time in the room so yeah it’s perfectly located close to beach and restaurants, stores and street food. Also free parking close to the zoo on the street and parking lot is free from 6am to 10pm
