This is a good budget hotel. They acknowledged my repeat business with a small token and had local snacks available to sample. I was able to check in early (a huge deal since my flight arrived before 11 am). Fresh coffee in the morning was nice. My only complaint is they have WHITE curtains so basically any light outside is magnified inside. It was almost midnight when I retired but you'd never have known it. I get that a budget hotel can't afford high-end blackout drapes but a darker color would help.

Good way to save money

The first room we got 802 was extremely small, very uncomfortable beds and the air conditioning did not cool the small room. They did move us to a much bigger room with working air conditioner. Beds could use an upgrade.The service and staff were great. Very friendly and willing to help us. Great location the restaurants, shopping and the beach are right there.

Concierge and Cleaning staff were very helpful and accommodating. Hotel has laundry which is very convenient, although I recommend washing in the morning as it can get busy at nighttime. Free coffee in the morning, and beach towels, floaties are available at no cost. Our room need renovations as the shower room is outdated and had no exhaust fan/windows. Our room's AC also needs to be fixed because the water's seeping on the floor. However the cleaning staff tries to keep the room clean. A min walk from the beach, and very close to bustops, mall and restaurants. If you value convenience over comfort, this is your place.

We couldn’t get the WiFi to stay connected for more than 30 minutes at a time. The room lacked some of the listed amenities and left much to be desired. The staff was very friendly though. We were supposed to stay here for a full week but decided to get a different hotel after one night.

Clean hotel. Great location. Has microwave & small fridge. My room was on the 2nd floor & had no view (looked at the building next door). Maybe upper floors have a view. The room is good size, but the bathroom was so small that the door hits the sink.

I will definitely be booking again. Stay hotel is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Waikiki. It’s perfect cause it’s near everything but still out of the way so it’s not crowded. The room that I stayed at was perfect for me and my partner he came with a microwave and refrigerator which is hard to come by now a days. They have amenities like beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, washer and dryer, and even pool floats. They also have this really great karaoke bar on the first floor which was really fun.
