The Space:
Morning light filters across the 18th-floor lanai as mountain silhouettes rise beyond Waikiki’s rooftops. A steady island breeze drifts through wide windows while the city hums gently below. Evenings bring glowing skyline views and the calm of returning to your own high-rise retreat after a day by the shore.
Sleeping arrangements
This 1-bedroom condo accommodates up to 4 guests and is located in Waikiki Banyan Tower 2. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding panel door and features 1 queen bed and 1 full-size bed. In the living room, a pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. Linens, extra pillows, blankets, hangers, and room-darkening shades help you settle in comfortably.
Living space
The open layout is air-conditioned with a window AC unit and portable fans to keep things comfortable in Honolulu’s consistent tropical climate. Relax with a 42-inch HDTV with standard cable, or connect easily with Wifi and an Ethernet connection for remote work or streaming. The condo is single level with no stairs in the home and elevator access in the building.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home and opens directly to the living and dining area. A dining table offers space to gather, whether you’re starting the morning with coffee or winding down after a beach day. Cooking basics and essentials are provided for convenience.
Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination along with bathroom essentials and fresh towels. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building, and a laundromat is located nearby.
Outdoor living & amenities
Step onto the private patio or balcony to take in mountain, canal, and golf course views above the city. The building offers shared amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor playground, shared BBQ grill, and EV charger. Please note the pool and hot tub are under renovation until May 2026. Beach essentials are available for your shoreline outings.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
• A large heated swimming pool
• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
