Loved the pool, hotel staff, and location. However I had company stay with me Wednesday-Saturday and the valet excessively damaged her rental car. It added a layer of stress to our trip and was initially handled pretty badly. We ultimately filed a police report to avoid insurance repercussions. Head of security also told me how hungover he was for no reason prior to realizing I was in the room with the damaged car. Management assured us they were handling it, but it was generally unprofessional.

It was a decent hotel. It served it's purpose. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and the room we were in the windows didn't open. So they were able to move us to another room with sliding door so we could breathe. When checking in we were told we were paying a certain amount for parking and fees. Then we checked out it and the fees didn't match what they promised. Having to ask for what we were promised was little shame for me. And the front desk girl got sassy after i told her about it. Should've got names cause some of the staff were amazing and others need a new job. Pool was nice !

This hotel was one of a kind. Price was really good for a 4 star hotel. Our room was small and cozy but enough room for 2 people. Love the little details such as the headboard which looked like a surf board. Amenities were good. The pool and jacuzzi were a plus. Wish the parking was cheaper. We didnt use it but found street parking. Will definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wayfinder. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room and grounds were updated and clean. The pool was beautiful and the staff working at the pool were 10/10.The location was convenient to restaurants, beach and walking trail along the canal. Our only complaint is that there was no coffee in room. The coffee from the main floor cafe was good, but pricey. Otherwise, we were very pleased with Wayfinder.

Property is in need of a renovation. We stayed on the 10th floor and the hall floors are all lifted and bowed, lots of masking tape holding pieces down. Room was tidy, but it needs a deep clean. Pool area is lovely and the location is easy walking to down town Waikīkī. For the price I just expected more.
