Clean and friendly

Very clean and the front desk staff was wonderful, perfect English and very kind to store our luggage for two nights while we took a side trip to Delft. The airport shuttle cost 7.50 euro each person but well worth the convenience.

Overall a nice family-friendly facility. Needs a few improvements to make it shine. Please use a scented laundry soap or softener, the towels all smell like wet dogs. Consider prioritizing the showers as they are very small; not many people are using soaking tubs these days. Please consider removing “airport” from the title as it is not the most convenient hotel to get to AMS without a 25 min drive. On the bright side, the lobby and restaurant as very nice and the staff are accommodating and friendly. Would not mind staying again if there weren’t other choices closer to AMS airport.

On our arrival, upon our check.in the front desk lady gave us a WRONG room that has still guest on it when we open the room. We went down back and another front desk lady fixed the issue and gave us our correct room. Front desk staff should be mindful and careful with their job not to messed around as it was very embarassing experience on our part. WISH SHUTTLE SERVICE was free as compared to other hotels near the airport.

It was ok. The rooms did not get cleaned everyday. I was missing towels most of the days when there was room cleaning. The floors were always dirty with dust and all of us had allergies because of that. The trash in the bathroom got emptied maybe every other day. I’m just used to good and clean amenities in the US and was a little disappointed when I had to call and request basic things. When I requested for plates to be delivered to my room, I was told that they do not offer room service. Most of the folks at the reception were not very friendly. The only person who was nice was the one that checked me out on the last day.
