This property had no restaurant or lounge, the breakfast had no cooked eggs and was very lacking. Requested the room be made up each day and they made the bed and put in new towels but that was it. They did not clean at all (splash from rinsing coffee down the bathroom sink in the morning was still there when we returned in the evening). No vacuuming or washing. When waiting for elevator, bin of clean towels was covered with dirty linens with no barrier between. Very disappointing Nowhere to eat or get a drink.

This is a great place to stay down the road from Watkins Glen. First noticed upon entry that hotel smelled brand new. Front desk was very nice. We jumped in the pool and had breakfast in the morning. Very pleased with the King bedroom and would highly recommend to anyone considering this property when staying in the area.

Room was adequately clean, noise was about par for a chain hotel, bed was comfortable. What I particularly liked was the well lit parking lot. This is very important as a safety feature.
