Very average and not great value for money

Not what I would call value for money for what is a limited service hotel. Laundry not working so had to drive 6-7 minutes to a public laundromat. Breakfast offering very unappealing. Despite booking a room for a family of 4, there were only two sets of towels. But large room with comfortable beds and pillows.

All the staff were new and inexperienced. We stayed 3 nights but had no housekeeping. There was no closet. The shower had not been properly installed. The noise level was too high.

We had to move rooms twice. Found a bag of dirty clothes and candy wrappers/candy on the carpet in the first room. Moved to another room and found leftover food in the fridge. The front desk staff person was very nice and apologetic. She said there were recent staffing changes and a new housekeeping staff. Hopefully it will improve if they become better trained. The appearance inside the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good.

The rooms were clean. The hallways and elevators need to be clean more often. Spills not cleaned up and floors are sticky. Bathrooms on the first floor had no toilet paper in any stall. Had to rescue a lady and get her some. They need to invest in some sturdier paper plates at breakfast room. Also plastic wear was very cheap. Broke easily. Other than that the motel was a nice place to stay. They just need to work on a few important things

The area around the hotel looks like an abandoned area. It looks unsafe and unkept. I felt unsafe entering in the evenings. Parking was a challenge due to an unusual amount of work trucks/vans taking up the majority of parking . There was never anyone at the front desk for the 3 nights that I was there. I would’ve canceled the first night, but I was already charged the full amount at check in. Never again would I stay here or recommend.

Housekeeping came banging on the door at 9 am to see if we were gone. When we answered and said we were not, they proceeded to vacuum right outside our room and yell to each other down the hall. They returned again at 10:45 banging on the door. Checkout is 11 am. In addition..I have NEVER had worse pillows in a hotel! Flat and lumpy-awful!
