We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, and the view is beautiful. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with a big smile and felt truly comfortable. The staff were kind, caring, and always happy to help. Getting to the city center was super easy, and with a pass from the hotel, we could use public transportation for free. Great hotel with an amazing location.

Hotel was gorgeous and right on a lake with mountains all around. Food was spectacular and eating next to the picturesque view made it even better. With all that being said, the front desk kind of stole the show. They were all super friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist anyway possible.

This is a beautiful property! We were in Switzerland for 10 days and although we were only at this location one night it was hands down the nicest room of the stay. The lake view room was so beautiful. Great location and very convenient for travellers as the bus station is right outside the building.

Wow! Just the place to stay if visiting Lucern - transportation to and from city is complimentary. The hotel is on the water and has all the facilities. The hospitality is top notch.
