I stayed at the Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Instead, I’ve been left frustrated, disappointed, and without answers. Over a month ago, I used the hotel’s valet service to park my car overnight. When I got my vehicle back, I discovered that a pair of very expensive designer glasses had been stolen from inside.
I reported the theft to the front desk immediately, expecting the hotel to take it seriously. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. Despite multiple attempts to contact management — through calls, messages, and follow-ups — I still haven’t heard back from anyone in charge. It’s been more than 30 days, and I’ve received absolutely no updates, apologies, or resolution.
It’s unacceptable for a hotel of this reputation to ignore a guest’s serious concern — especially when it involves theft under their care. I trusted the Arlington with my vehicle and belongings, and they failed on every level: security, accountability, and basic customer service.
I will not be returning, and I strongly warn others to think twice before using this hotel — especially their valet service.
