It was horrible. The first room they put us in smelled so bad I had to go down and ask for a different one. They then put us in a king size bed room cause they had no more double . We located the smell in that room as mold or the drapes and all over air conditioner as well as bathroom ceiling. I was given the excuse that they are renovating. That does Nor excuse not cleaning. I had my 9 year old grandchild with me. I am absolutely disgusted by this

The lobby is cool and historic. There was a live band both nights we were there which was cool. The room was not good at all. Mold on the bathroom walls. Rust on metal fixtures. The carpet was disgusting. The air quality in the halls would be unsafe for anyone with respiratory issues/asthma. Smelled of mold really bad. I found bed bugs in our towels. I would not recommend this hotel. The cost considering the condition of the room is just NOT ok.

It was nice for being close to everything but I was not told about the 5 different extra fees that would be charged to my credit card. Our faucet leaked the entire time and I seen some bugs on the floor. Wallpaper was peeling in some spots. We had fun while in hot springs but the room was not good.

Hotel is extremely old and needs a totally renovation. I felt like I was staying in a cheap motel. Our room smelled like dirty gym socks, walls where peeling off and carpet was worn and ragged. Room is way overpriced for the quality of the room.

The history is there...we had an awesome stay. It is a beautiful part of Hot Springs and everything is within walking distance. The staff was friendly and we didn't have a problem while we were there. I enjoyed being able to sit out on the big porch and enjoy the night. It was just like being at home. I highly recommend staying here at least once.

I had to leave 4 hours after I arrived due to a death in the family. I didn’t even ask for a refund because I didn’t think I’d get it, but they sent me a full 2 day refund-the $30 resort fee. This hotel was awesome and great location. Really need to come back ASAP. Only issue was pool was a little dirty with leaves. Other than that I loved it

We came to the Arlington for my Wife's and I Birthdays which just so happen to be a day apart. We have stayed at the Arlington several times in the past and even though they are going through renovations I can see the improvements that have been made through the years. Very unique hotel. We enjoyed it a lot. Our room smelt and had a leaky ceiling but they changed us to a different room and it was perfect. Mineral water in room was great. Kids loved the pool and it was beautiful hotel. Would love to return.

The Bathhouse was wonderful and is the only reason that I would revisit the hotel. I totally disliked that the entire porch permitted smoking!!! I wanted to enjoy the porch just as the smokers!!! Arlington Resort Hotel and Spa, fix this please! Designate one side for non-smoking and the other side for smoking.
