Front desk staff courteous and professional. Tub had a constant drip, annoying. Most of the outlets, 2 of 4 outlets on wall did not work. Outlets on Lamp. did not work. TV does not pull out or swivel, couch faces the desk - not the tv. Couch not comfortable. Coffee machine coffee terrible. Maybe better creamer would have helped, only have half n' half. Powdered cream in room, gross. Suggestion, offer better breakfast- no Bagels?? most hotels offer bagels, and cream cheese. Bed and Pillow comfortable.

The staff were nice. The proximity to the highway made sleeping tough, not so much because of the noise but we could feel the rumble when every tractor trailer went by, which was fairly constant all night. The most unfortunate part of our stay was the barking dog across the hall. It was so loud it seemed like the dog was at our door. I was getting concerned the owner had left because no one was comforting the distraught pup. I did not want to complain to the hotel staff, it was not their fault. We should have asked to change our room, but we thought the owner was back and keeping the dog quiet. Our mistake! Of course, the dog barked with nearly every rumble of the trucks starting at midnight. I will know better next time and ask to be moved before the night settles in. I wonder why hotels don’t put some space between guests all the time but especially when there are pets.

The hotel was extremely clean and feels modern with updated painting, fixtures and flooring. Check in was simple and quick, I didn’t expect it to be so easy since I was traveling with a pet. What I appreciated the most was that I simply paid for my room and the pet deposit, there were no hidden fees or holds of 100’s of dollars that could be released later. I enjoyed my stay and have been here more than once!
