It was a little difficult to get into my room. The key card did not work so I had to go back to the front desk in the pouring rain. The staff fixed it, and I did not have any problems afterwards getting into my room.

Bed was comfortable. Lights were very dim; need higher wattage bulbs. Bathroom heater worked only about 2 minutes before shutting off. Towels were awful: clean but scratchy and rough. Pleasant employees in housekeeping and breakfast, but clerks in office seemed too busy or irritable.
