Cozy cottage it is, indeed! We loved it. We had a party of 4 (2 couples) and just loved our stay! Hosts are very welcoming and available and we just think it was a charming & affordable place for our stay (we were in town for Arkansas Derby). Quiet neighborhood but close to downtown main area for restaurants, shopping, park access, & much much more.

This property was perfect for our adventurous family since it was within walking distance to the national parks. It was the perfect place to return after a hike or a walk downtown for dinner. The park across the street provided great running paths for a morning jog. We stayed with our 12 year old son who loved having his own room. It was nice having the ability to do laundry. We had everything we needed for a summer getaway.

Such a cute cottage

The property is in a great location, right across the street from a park in a really quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get to was really cute and not too far from all the action of Central where the most interesting things to see and do are.
