Easy access to historic Hot Springs District. Lots of character. Room is small, but was adequate for our needs. Suggest extra towels. Mat for tub. Ice bucket. AC controls were complicated and did not work properly.

Cute retro hotel close to downtown. Room itself was clean but there was food left in fridge from previous guest. Had to check out a day early because I had an accident in town. Sent a message to hotel via hotels.com but never received a response.

Super cute and very clean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and quiet. It was simple with no frills but we knew that when we booked and were perfectly fine with it. The office staff I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. The motel is an older property but had been remodeled and is super cute. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Okay no free breakfast and yes its tiny, but its super clean, with up to date appliances, the tv had netflix, REALLY good bath tub and SUPER hot water, no bugs and definitely cheap. I wasnt worried about druggies, being shot, or robbed. Will definitely be staying there again.

It was not what it looked like in the pictures. It was self check in so there was no manager on the property. There were two queen beds. One was saggy on one side and the other side sloped down towards the saggy side. The sheets were nubby. I woke up with a backache and thought I would have to cancel my stay. The other bed was fine so I stayed. But there were disrepair problems. Cracked paneling and paneling peeling from wall. Also broken glass on dresser that I almost cut my hand on. Also, there was no table and chair or desk in the room to sit and have your coffee or write on. There was some outdoor seating but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since last summer. There was no privacy in the outdoor seating area, just a small porch in front of the door. There was some communal outdoor seating on a lawn but again, it was not clean and the lawn needed mowing. On the positive side the room was clean and there was a mini fridge. The bathroom was nice and it was very quiet. Also, conveniently located near Bathhouse Row and the downtown shopping area. When I contacted the management about issues I was having with the heat/AC unit, they came right over and were very friendly.

Cute retro place

Overall it was a decent place to stay and good for the price. Loved that it had a bed in the front room but really needed to be outfitted with proper size bedding. My backside kept getting exposed and cold. And other than they desperately need to provide a bath mat for safety,(which we requested but did not receive) it was a fun experience. I would go back if in the area.

Modest clean quiet Bare bones but very comfortable very reasonably priced for a tourist area. Only problem was controlling the temperature with the wall mounted heating/ac unit

The property was very convenient! So close to Bathhouse Row. It was very clean and we had a king sized bed but it was so uncomfortable. So flat! Definitely needs an upgrade. And there are no handles in the shower! Other than that it was satisfactory
