Staff was very friendly. Check in was easy, they actually let us check in early. Our room was dirty. The microwave was dirty, the bathroom floor needed to be swept and the bedding had hair on it. Looked like maybe cat hair. Our bathroom door was all ripped up on the bottom and the property was VERY noisy.

Dont let pictures and reviews fool you!

Our door did not shut all the way. The shower is way too small. You can hear the people next door's conversation. We were placed next to a whole side of the hotel vacant with boards over windows and broken windows all abandon. The bed was not comforable. The dresser the tv is on was all broken. The outlets did not look fire code safe.

Just sleep in your vehicle.

Beds were not comfortable. Pillows weren’t comfortable. Room smelled like a retired smoking room. Lobby didn’t open till 7 and we had to be out of there at 6:30. The worst part was the roaches crawling on our bedding. For $155 a night. I consider that a ripoff and do not recommend this place.

Red roof hot springs!

The remote and Tv gave us trouble. The staff solved a programming issue at our room! Overall for the price it was okay take a shower first or hot water will be warm only! Toilet seat was loose and the wall at the electrical outlet you could hear next door!

They make you leave a cash only deposit and are rude if you ask for it back. Waited 15 minutes at 8pm just to check in. Room was clean but door to bathroom was broken, bathtub was broken on the side and a hole in the wall in the bathroom. Clean room but staff was very rude and needs alot of repairs

I don't have nothing really bad to say about the property it was pretty nice I love the walking trail that it had in the back. But let's talk about the rooms well at least my room that I was in the beds was super hard we ended up having to take one of the mattresses off the bed frame and put it on the floor because you could literally feel the bed frame and then on top of that my neighbor's were like I must say drug users because you could tell that they slept all day because you didn't hear them and then about 10:00 at night till about 4:00 in the morning all you can do is hear the music them having sex the walls are super paper thin which was kind of weird that we could hear their conversation word for word and what they were doing. And your continental breakfast is not very appetizing. Since I've got to write you I would rate you as a 2.5 out of five stars and I would not recommend this place only because of the bad situation lack of pillows and being able to basically hear my neighbor and their conversations and their extra activities that they were doing

Do not recommend

Pulled up under the big awning and went inside to check in, and the front desk lady told me I couldn't park under the awning. She told another employee it was because they were so busy. It was pouring rain, and there wasn't another soul in sight. I went and moved my car, but that was absolutely ridiculous. That's what the awning is for. It took less than 5 minutes to check in. The bathroom in our room and the sink outside of the bathroom were not clean. If you like a firm mattress, they have the hardest ones ever. And flat pillows to go with it. The heat and air unit was clunky and didn't work well. Made the mistake of pulling around to the back side of the building because I thought I could drive all the way around the motel. Those rooms weren't being used, but some of them had busted out windows and boarded up doors. That made me feel unsafe. We were in a non-smoking room, but I swear I could smell cigarette smoke leaking in from somewhere periodically. Maybe it was a weird smell from the heat and air unit? Not sure. I know it's not the motel's fault, but people were smoking EVERYWHERE. Someone on the 2nd floor kept flicking their cigarette butts into the bush in front of our room. Breakfast choices were sparse. Not much there. Nothing hot. We ended up going to McDonald's. The Wifi worked well. That's the only good thing I can say.
