A 3 BR/2.5 BA beautiful home w/ patio, large outdoor sitting area with hot tub, grill, fire pit and privacy fence. Also has 2 vehicle carport w/ Level 2 EV charger and very spacious parking (can park 5 more vehicles!)

The house is situated next to the casino (7 mins walk door to door and 3 mins. walk to shuttle shed #4). The house is tastefully renovated with stylish finishes. There is an intimate patio where you can relax and enjoy with family and friends. Enjoy the patio with privacy fence, 6 person hot tub, outdoor sitting and dining area, TV, gas grill and fire fit. The house has a private carport parking with Battery for Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle that is compliant with SAE J1772 (including Tesla, adaptor not provided) and very spacious driveway. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood which is also close to Hot Springs Creek Greenway Trail (walking/biking trail that connects to downtown Hot Springs), Lake Hamilton (4 miles from Carpenter Dam Park public boat ramp and 2.7 miles from Hot Springs Marina for boat rentals and boat ramp), Magic Springs Theme & Water Park (4.9 miles) ziplining at Adventureworks Hot Springs (4.1 miles) and ATV riding at Hot Springs Off-Road Park (10 miles)
